Herbivores

Herbivores; animals that eat plants. They are the primary consumers of an ecosystem. Deer and Horses are Herbivores, and so are rhinoceroses, chickens and caterpillars. Most herbivores rely on "helpers" to aid in the digestion of cellulose, a structural material found in plants. Humans do not have have the ability to digest cellulose.
